Solutions Engineer
Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, leading complex sales cycles, technical discovery, architecture design, and PoCs while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Enterprise Account Executives and leadership on complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from discovery and technical evaluation through to proposals, PoCs (proof-of-concepts), and closed-won deals.
- Conduct deep technical discovery and multi-stakeholder workshops to understand needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Own technical demonstrations and architecture design, including integrations, data flows, and enterprise-grade configurations translating product capabilities into customer value.
- Handle security, compliance, and procurement processes on behalf of the customer during deal cycles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Support to ensure proposed solutions align with product roadmap and compliance requirements, feed customer feedback for future product improvements, and accelerate time-to-value and adoption post-sale.
- Support onboarding and expansion efforts to ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success, and help identify opportunities for upsells, expansion, or additional use cases.
What You’ll Bring
- 6–10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
- Experience working on enterprise deals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
- Ability to effectively explain complex concepts to any audience in the form of clear, polished presentations and/or responses to questions and challenges
- Experience speaking with and presenting to C-Level executives
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to the market, the state of the organization and quickly shifting priorities.
