Social Media Lead
Lead social content strategy and production for a fast-growing IRL community platform. Own content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, build creator partnerships, and grow engagement organically.
Responsibilities
- Own ideation, production, and publishing of high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Build a high-output content engine including viral video formats, mini-docs, interviews, event recaps, BTS, and memes
- Capture and tell stories spotlighting Posh organizers, community moments, and platform culture
- Lead social coverage for key marketing moments (launches, campaigns, internal events)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Community, Customer Success, Product, New Verticals, and external partners
- Utilize social channels to help other teams achieve objectives while maximizing impressions
- Develop and manage content calendars, posting cadences, and creator workflows
- Build creator and influencer partnerships to grow reach and brand credibility
- Track trends, engagement, and performance metrics to improve creative output
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or running social for a consumer brand, community-led product, or culture-first company
- Social-first storyteller with strong visual aesthetic, hands-on production/editing skills, and comfortable on camera
- Proven track record of growing community and engagement organically with high attention to detail
- Deep understanding of creators, culture, and niche communities creating mass culture
- Strong creative instincts paired with operational excellence; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in creator partnerships, UGC campaigns, and collaborative content series
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools
