Content Production
- Concept, script, shoot, edit, design, and publish social content end-to-end
- Produce 10 posts per week (5 brand, 5 executive) across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Write social posts for ClickUp executives on LinkedIn and X by interviewing leaders and extracting their point of view
- Use LLMs, image generators, video generators, and automation tools daily while maintaining editorial judgment to fix generic or off-brand AI output
Strategy and Platform Approach
- Assess current social presence, identify gaps, and build the plan
- Decide formats, hooks, and cadences to test on each platform
- Write the playbook rather than follow one
Social Growth Hacking
- Hypothesize, ship, read data, and iterate on content formats and hooks
- Build a library of repeatable content formats (series, templates, recurring segments) that scale output
- Document what works to scale the content operation
Speed and Reactive Content
- Compress time from trending moment to live post
- Hop into comment threads with witty remarks to spark conversation
- React to trends within hours while maintaining quality
What Success Looks Like
- Hit quarterly growth targets for monthly organic impressions
- Hit quarterly growth targets for organic, positive ClickUp mentions
- Achieve saves and shares over likes
- Build 3 repeatable formats that work 50+ times by month six
- Drive pipeline influence with PMM
Requirements
- 5+ years creating social content (portfolio can speak louder than exact years)
- Write killer copy, shoot and edit short-form video, design static graphics, and build carousels independently
- Ship consistently with systems to sustain 10 posts/week without quality drop
- Deep understanding of product and user experience to turn empathy into resonant content
- Use AI tools (LLMs, image/video generation, automation, agents) as part of daily production workflow
- Strong editorial judgment about AI-generated content
- Deep, platform-native intuition for X and LinkedIn; working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Think in systems to build processes that improve output over time
- Scout for good creator/influencer talent
- Turn product releases, use cases, and customer stories into organic-feeling content
- Track performance, run experiments, and explain principles behind results
- Comfortable on camera when content calls for it
- Genuine interest in AI productivity and the product
