Senior Content Associate, Lifecycle Marketing
Write and edit high-impact lifecycle marketing content across email, push, in-app, social, and owned channels. Use AI tools and AEO/GEO best practices to scale output while maintaining brand voice and compliance in a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce lifecycle and customer marketing content in close collaboration with product marketing, CRM, social, design, comms, and compliance. Campaigns driven by specific audience segments and products.
- Develop content at scale, bringing brand voice, editorial judgment, and compliance awareness to every output, while using AI as a force multiplier.
- Build scalable systems (copy banks, variant libraries, templates) that improve speed and consistency.
- Write editorial and social content for owned channels, structured for AEO/GEO citability.
- Contribute to the evolution of AI workflows, flagging where custom agents, tools, and processes can be improved and building new solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or editorial.
- Degree in marketing, PR, English, finance, or a related field.
- Strong editorial instincts: understand nuances of language, pick up brand voice, flex it for different audiences.
- Work is compelling and compliant; comfortable working within a regulated industry.
- Cross-functional thinking: marketer, brand strategist, writer, and editor.
- Fluency with AI writing tools and opinions about when they help or don’t.
- Working knowledge of AEO/GEO: early adopter of LLM discoverability, comfortable reviewing analytics and writing with performance in mind.
- Drive: handle multiple projects and see them forward in collaboration with partners.
- Experience in or passion for financial services: understand personal finance products and make them accessible.

Compensation & Benefits
- New York City base salary range: $94,500 - $110,000.
