- Build Sales Enablement: Create the assets Sales needs to close: one-pagers, pitch decks, battle cards, landing pages, and case studies.
- Own Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a living view of the competitive landscape through win/loss analysis and field-ready intel that keeps Sales sharp.
- Develop Customer & Buyer Insights: Conduct customer interviews, synthesize data, and build deep persona understanding that shapes everything we put into market.
- Support Expansion & Advocacy: Partner with CS and Account Management to develop retention messaging, customer references, and stories that accelerate new deals and deepen existing ones.

- Proven Experience: 4+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B Enterprise SaaS, a startup, or a scale-up environment.
- Clear, Compelling Writer: Translate complex products and workflows into messaging that sticks.
- Hands-On Builder: Fluent in the full GTM toolkit (positioning frameworks, launch playbooks, sales enablement, and lifecycle content) and you make the assets yourself.
- Strong Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work closely with Sales, CS, and Product to align and execute.
