About the role
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end user journey for flights, transitioning from a solely post-booking focus to a seamless, holistic experience across shopping, booking, and servicing.
- Aggressively expand sourcing capabilities and leverage AI-driven routing to unlock the most competitive global inventory, ensuring our customers secure the best value.
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, design, data, and customer support to purposefully engineer a resilient architecture that delivers top-tier performance and full parity across all clients.
- Strategically refine our marketplace controls and design dynamic new placements across the user journey to empower customers and actively guide traveler demand.
- Ruthlessly optimize latency and implement standardized instrumentation to power end-to-end automation and intelligent marketplace features at scale.
- Design and launch intuitive UX for complex scenarios—including airline-driven changes, fare rules, and partial cancellations—while seamlessly maintaining compliance with airline rules.
- Define and track success metrics aligned with strategic pillars (e.g., pricing competitiveness, platform reliability, market share shifts, and customer satisfaction).
- Stay ahead of airline policy changes, NDC expansion, and evolving customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the travel technology space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams and external partners.
- Loves to solve complex, fragmented problems.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
