About the role

What you'll do

  • Create and iterate on powerful tools for marketing teams using our Agents product suite.
  • Build new products in uncharted territory (0-1 innovation).
  • Demonstrate thinking through rapid designs and prototypes.
  • Connect directly with customers through research sessions, synthesize insights from usage data and feedback, and influence product direction and prioritization.
  • Work directly with other designers, engineers, and PMs to define product details as a team.

What you bring

  • 6+ years designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces (bonus: B2B data or marketing products).
  • Curiosity about AI: actively tinkering with new technologies.
  • Craft excellence: sharp visual, UI, and interaction skills; able to take a user problem from idea to high-fidelity solution.
  • Team player mentality: kind, humble, and assume good intentions.
  • Figma proficiency required. Bonus if comfortable in Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code.

How we work

  • Weekly crits with constructive feedback from stakeholders.
  • Design jams on big topics (color palettes, new patterns, practice retros).
  • Design system: expanding library with regular engineering syncs.
  • Bi-weekly design cooldown sessions for experimentation with new tools, design exercises, and side projects.
