Senior People Partner - Legal, Compliance, & Risk
Senior HR Business Partner supporting Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams. Coaches leaders on performance, employee relations, org design, and talent processes at a high-growth fintech.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to executives and leaders across Legal, Compliance, and Risk
- Provide consultative HR support combining expertise, business acumen, and intuition to diagnose issues and deliver creative solutions
- Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, employee relations, leveling processes, and organizational development
- Monitor organizational health and design interventions to address challenges or risks
- Partner cross-functionally to build programs spanning recruiting, talent management, employee relations, internal mobility, and employee engagement
- Drive annual performance reviews, talent planning, and compensation cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years in a people-facing HR role, with at least 2 years as an HRBP
- Experience at high-growth companies preferred
- Skilled in coaching, facilitation, and influencing at all levels
- Ability to build scalable, thoughtful, and innovative people processes
- High integrity with discretion handling confidential information
- Experience or willingness to learn tools such as Radford, Workday, Lattice, and Notion
