Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Product-Led Growth
Owns the systems, data infrastructure, and digital growth engine for Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion. Builds best-in-class marketing tech stack, leverages AI for automation, and drives efficiency across channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve PLG martech ecosystem (Twilio Segment, Google Analytics, Marketo, Sanity CMS, Salesforce, paid integrations).
- Define and execute future-state roadmap using AI-driven automation and scalable systems.
- Build automated lifecycle programs with AI segmentation, predictive scoring, personalized content.
- Partner with Web, Product, Engineering to modernize event tracking and data flows.
- Scale experimentation with AI analysis and rapid iteration.
- Collaborate on paid acquisition tagging/attribution (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit).
- Lead Marketing Ops for chatbot/live chat experiences with CX, Ops, Sales, Web.
- Build AI-enhanced dashboards for PLG health and growth loops.
- Automate processes using Zapier, Segment, Marketo, AI agents.
- Troubleshoot systems (Segment, GA, Marketo, Salesforce).
Requirements
- 4+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Digital Systems for PLG/digital funnels.
- Hands-on with Segment, Google Analytics, Marketo, event tracking.
- Strong analytics for experimentation, attribution, funnel measurement.
- Paid acquisition experience (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Cross-functional chatbot/live chat support (qualification, routing, workflows).
- Automation via Zapier, AI systems, CDP workflows.
- Evolving/modernizing martech stacks.
- Collaboration with Product, Web Engineering, Data teams.

- FinTech/SaaS PLG experience.
- AI/automation for workflows (personalization, scoring, experiment QA).
- Sanity CMS integrations.

Compensation
Expected salary range: $134,696 - $168,370 USD (varies by location, skills, experience). Equity and other compensation may apply.
