Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
  • Experience building and scaling top talent teams in competitive markets
  • Effective communicator and adept at building strong partnerships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast paced environment
