What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and evolve global compensation strategy aligned with business goals, growth stage, and talent needs
  • Advise senior leaders (Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A) on compensation trends, market competitiveness, and equity practices
  • Balance market competitiveness, pay equity, and cost efficiency in a fast-moving tech environment

Compensation Programs & Projects

  • Lead the design and evolution of global compensation philosophy, ensuring alignment with company strategy, talent needs, and market competitiveness
  • Own job architecture strategy, including leveling frameworks, job families, and career structures, to support consistency, clarity, and growth at scale
  • Drive complex, cross-functional compensation initiatives from concept through implementation, acting as DRI and accountable owner for outcomes, timelines, and quality
  • Partner with Director, Compensation Operations to design and implement scalable frameworks, tools, and processes that enable effective, consistent compensation decision-making globally
  • Benchmark against peer tech companies and evolving talent markets

Business Partnership

  • Lead and develop a global team of Compensation Partners supporting multiple business units
  • Advise on hiring offers, promotions, retention, and organizational changes, especially for critical technical roles
  • Use data and market insights to guide compensation decisions in competitive talent markets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance on compensation planning, forecasting, and equity spend
  • Collaborate with HRIS and People Analytics to improve tools, modeling, and reporting
  • Work with Recruiting to support competitive, scalable hiring strategies

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing compensation team
  • Build a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement

  • Compensation expert with SaaS and global perspective: 15+ years of experience with deep expertise in broadbased, Sales incentives plan design, and executive compensation, ideally within SaaS environments. Experienced operating internationally, with strong understanding of global market practices and regulatory considerations.
  • Builder of teams and culture: You create alignment, trust, and camaraderie across teams. You lead through influence, develop others, and foster an environment of high performance and collaboration.

Compensation range: $151,000—$297,000 USD (U.S.-based candidates). Other benefits may include equity, employee stock purchase program, flexible PTO, parental leave, 401(k), and health benefits.
