Senior Copywriter & AI Systems Architect
Senior copywriter who will write across the full marketing funnel and architect AI-powered copywriting systems that encode brand standards and scale quality across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Write across the full marketing funnel inclusive of paid social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and campaigns, bringing real business-owner pain points to life and showing how GlossGenius solves them in ways competitors don't
- Architect AI-powered copywriting and copy-review systems from the ground up, designing workflows that encode brand standards and scale copy quality across the org without requiring your direct involvement in every piece
- Build and maintain a living style guide and brand voice framework that serves as the foundation for every system you create and every piece of copy the team produces
- Set the editorial standard for the org, running AI-powered copy reviews, giving feedback with conviction, and coaching partners to make better messaging decisions independently
- Develop integrated campaign messaging, creative territories, and taglines that cut through competitive noise and make GlossGenius the obvious choice for service business owners
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of copywriting experience with a portfolio spanning brand, performance, and lifecycle work across a marketing funnel
- You have built AI writing tools and workflows that changed how a team operates, with genuine hands-on experience designing systems rather than just using tools to write faster
- Comfortable moving without full direction, making calls on voice, messaging, and creative strategy without waiting for someone to scope it first
- Proven track record of translating product features into business impact and customer transformation, with a deep understanding that differentiation increasingly lives in narrative
- Experience setting copy standards at an organizational level, through style guides, voice frameworks, or AI-powered writing systems
- Strong performance marketing instincts, with a clear sense of what makes copy convert in crowded paid environments
- A clear point of view on what great looks like, the ability to defend it, and a track record of rallying cross-functional partners around a creative perspective

The base salary for this role is between $145,000–$170,000 + equity + benefits.
