- Proven experience growing and engaging online communities across multiple platforms (Reddit, Slack, Discord, etc.)
- Strong instincts for tone, voice, and the dynamics of internet culture
- Experience managing moderators, ambassadors, creators, or similar stakeholder groups
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, with comfort in interpreting qualitative and quantitative signals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience navigating complex community conversations and stewarding online reputation
