Senior Account Executive, Private Equity, Fund Administration
Sells Carta's Fund Administration platform to Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate funds, owning full sales cycles from prospecting to closing large deals. Requires 5-10+ years of fund admin sales experience and deep knowledge of fund structures.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the business impact of product offerings to key decision makers
- Demonstrate ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building to identify and sell new opportunities
- Own sales cycles up to 12 months
- Understand customer needs and act as trusted business advisor
- Build and expand industry network to enhance visibility and create opportunities
- Drive revenue through strategic outbound prospecting
- Own entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to close
- Develop comprehensive sales strategy and plan for consistent goal achievement
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5-10+ years of Fund Administration sales experience
- In-depth understanding of fund structures (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, or Real Estate)
- Experience managing pipeline and closing large contracts
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities

Compensation
- OTE range: $332,000 - $355,000 (includes market competitive salary, equity, benefits, and commissions)
