About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations
  • Deploy proof-of-value installations
  • Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings
  • Support marketing activities, conferences, speaking engagements
  • Address prospects' needs through verbal and written communication
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented culture while delivering individual contributions
  • Think critically across sales process, troubleshooting, and developing use cases
  • Develop prospect-facing documentation
  • Travel up to 40% of the time

Requirements

Education:

  • BS in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 5+ years in technical positions (SE, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect), ideally for Cyber Security vendor
  • 5+ years in customer-facing or customer support positions
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies
  • Track record of owning complex initiatives with successful outcomes
  • Experience closing complex cyber security SaaS solutions with Enterprise Customers

Knowledge:

  • IoT, OT, IoMT
  • Wireless technologies (WLCs, Meraki, Aruba, etc.)
  • Linux Operating Systems
  • Virtualized environments
  • Network knowledge
  • Utility Scripting (Python preferred)

Compensation

  • Salary range: $155,000 - $200,000 (does not include bonuses, commissions, stocks, health insurance benefits, etc.)
