About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead creation of RFP responses highlighting Metropolis’s Recognition Platform value across hospitality, real estate, and beyond.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Marketing stakeholders on new products and initiatives.
  • Develop sample RFPs for new product launches and maintain existing content.
  • Respond to quarterly service requests and ad-hoc inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate representation in external databases with monthly/quarterly updates.
  • Own RFP response database and improve proposal tools/systems.
  • Participate in projects to improve RFP team and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in proposal writing, sales operations, or business development.
  • Strong writing/editing skills to translate technical AI concepts into persuasive narratives.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and source info from subject matter experts.
  • Self-starter managing multiple deadlines in high-growth environment.
  • Comfort with RFP automation software and CRM tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in real estate, mobility, or AI/Computer Vision.
  • Familiarity with Letter.AI, GovSpend, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with government, enterprise, real estate procurement.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 USD annually, plus benefits, 401(k), stock options, bonus.
