About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of RFP responses highlighting Metropolis’s Recognition Platform across hospitality, real estate, and beyond
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Legal, and Marketing on new products and initiatives
  • Develop sample RFPs for new product launches and maintain existing content
  • Respond to quarterly service requests and ad-hoc inquiries
  • Ensure accurate representation of products in external databases with monthly/quarterly updates
  • Own RFP response database and improve proposal tools/systems
  • Participate in projects to improve RFP team and organizational efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years in proposal writing, sales operations, or business development
  • Strong writing/editing skills to translate technical AI concepts into persuasive narratives
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and source info from subject matter experts
  • Self-starter managing multiple deadlines in high-growth environment
  • Comfort with RFP automation software and CRM tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate, mobility, or AI/Computer Vision
  • Familiarity with Letter.AI, GovSpend, or similar platforms
  • Experience with government, enterprise, real estate procurement

Compensation

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 USD annually
