About the Team
The rSDR team builds relationships with Emerging-Scaled advertisers post-activation to optimize campaigns, prevent churn, prioritize growth, and deliver long-term revenue.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers, managing full end-to-end sales cycle and client relationships post-launch.
- Conducting high volume of daily activities including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a fast-paced environment.
- Creating sales collateral, case studies, and custom 'stories' to communicate Instacart platform benefits to CPG advertisers.
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs such as retention rate, revenue generated, and live advertiser percentage.
- Utilizing SFDC/Sales engagement tools to prioritize leads, engage brands via cadences and dialing.
- Ensuring accurate contact mapping and tracking updates within book of business.
- Engaging active advertisers to drive increased investments using industry expertise.
- Identifying opportunities to standardize materials and processes for scalable support.
- Delivering excellent customer experience through strong project management, resolving bottlenecks, and high execution standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably advertising/CPG.
- Strong written/verbal communication to build rapport and relationships.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong advertising industry knowledge, especially CPG.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Experience leveraging AI in sales processes.
- Experience managing large book of business.
