Regional Sales Manager
Lead and coach a team of Sales Directors to exceed sales targets by building relationships with large energy customers and managing the full sales cycle in a remote-first environment.
Job Duties
- Apply knowledge of the distributed energy resources industry to deliver aggressive sales plans, ensuring the team exceeds its qualified booked meetings goal.
- Responsible for growing and developing a team of Sales Directors.
- Identify, build and nurture successful new relationships with large commercial, institutional, and industrial customers.
- Deliver against quarterly and annual sales goals and generate cash for customers while fulfilling the promise of the energy transition.
- Support, coach and develop a team of Sales Directors to meet their goals.
- Find creative ways to inspire the team and drive performance.
- Own their market and territory, identify opportunities throughout customer lifecycles.
- Work cross-functionally to drive impactful customer engagements.
- Timely reporting and management of sales team activities through internal CRM systems.
- Develop and drive best practices across the organization.
- Use data to track progress toward goals and identify areas to develop and improve the team.
- Continually make us a better company.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent.
- 1 year of account-relationship management or business development experience in the energy market.
- At least 1 year of experience developing regulatory strategies, marketing communications and customer relationships.
- At least 1 year of experience leading sales and customer engagements, and delivering projects to customer satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of experience with SalesForce, GoogleSuite or similar CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability collaborating with executive, product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive use cases, solutions, and product-market fit for strategic initiatives and value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability managing a sales cycle and meeting sales goals.
- Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the U.S.
- 50% domestic travel required to visit current and prospective customers, mainly in California.
Technical Account Manager - API Platform
Owns revenue expansion and technical relationships for existing API platform customers at a health-tech infrastructure company. Drives net revenue retention through upsells, multi-location growth, and technical account management.
Account Manager
Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing cross-sell/upsell opportunities within existing SMB and mid-market customer accounts. Own pipeline, forecasting, and account planning while partnering with Customer Success.
Manager, Renewals
Leads and scales a renewals team to drive ARR, NRR, and retention across direct and channel segments. Owns forecasting, process standardization, and Salesforce accuracy while coaching managers and partnering with CS and Sales.
