About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new provider organizations, from first contact through full activation
  • Build, maintain, and close a list of target accounts in partnership with RevOps & Analytics teams
  • Drive outreach and engagement to bring new practices into the funnel
  • Host product demos, training sessions, and onboarding walkthroughs
  • Develop materials tailored to different user types (staff, clinicians, administrators)
  • Build and refine repeatable playbooks and self-serve resources to scale onboarding efficiently
  • Monitor activation and adoption data to identify blockers and intervene proactively
  • Drive usage of key features by helping providers incorporate them into real-world workflows
  • Gather feedback on features to inform Product improvements
  • Partner with ops, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive user journey

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, customer success, or implementation (ideally in startup or health tech)
  • Strong user empathy, especially for providers and staff with high workloads
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, patient, personable, and confident
  • Comfort with ambiguity and context switching; ability to figure things out fast
  • Ability to master new complex technology tools quickly and work with data
  • High NPS with former teammates
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, provider practices, or EHRs

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $200,000
