About the role

Integration Strategy & Connector Roadmap

  • Own the prioritization framework for new connectors (deal size, ICP alignment, broad applicability, workflow enablement) and drive improvements to existing ones
  • Balance breadth vs. depth tradeoffs

3rd-Party API Assessment & Data Modeling

  • Evaluate vendor APIs, map their identity and access models (nested groups, delegated admins, multiple auth types) to Lumos's internal data model (accounts, entitlements, access graphs)
  • Identify data gaps

Integration Quality & Reliability

  • Establish and maintain enterprise-grade reliability standards — connection success rates, sync SLAs, proactive health monitoring, and self-serve recovery paths

Customer-Facing Integration Experience

  • Own the integration discovery, connection, troubleshooting, and self-service recovery journey
  • Make integrations connectable in under 5 minutes

Vendor Ecosystem Management

  • Maintain sandbox environments, track API changes, manage relationships with key technology partners
  • Build a connector testing strategy

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with Data Platform, Analytics, Albus, AppStore, LCM, and AppLifting teams to ensure integration data powers downstream products effectively

What We Value

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally at a B2B SaaS company with significant integration/connector surface area
  • Experience working with 3rd-party APIs — assessing capabilities, limitations, and mapping data models
  • Understanding of ETL/data pipeline concepts and experience with data extraction at scale
  • Track record of improving product quality metrics (error rates, support ticket volume, customer satisfaction)
  • Experience with enterprise customer requirements (complex identity landscapes, on-prem systems, compliance)
  • Comfortable navigating vendor ecosystems and managing external dependencies
