Product Manager
Co-lead an empowered product team to drive discovery and delivery for customer identity, self-service, and internal admin tools. Partner with designers and engineers to own roadmaps, prioritize work, and launch features that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Understand business and stakeholder needs across Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales, then turn those requirements into a clear roadmap and prioritized work.
- Lead end-to-end feature development from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
- Own and evolve customer self-service capabilities within the identity domain, including initial sign-up to the DAT platform.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and build internal tooling that improves how our Customer Service team helps customers, and evolves in tandem with customer-facing identity features.
- Work with both US-based, as well as India-based engineering teams.
- Present upcoming features, user experience changes, impacts, and schedules to broad audiences, including cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Define success metrics, monitor results after launch, and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of product management experience in web application development.
- Strong ability to gather requirements, clarify ambiguity, and communicate crisply across technical and non-technical audiences, in both written and verbal form.
- Strong product fundamentals: roadmap ownership, prioritization, execution rigor, and data-informed decision making.
- Strong partnership skills working effectively with operational teams to create sustainable processes and improve customer experience.
- Ability to connect day-to-day execution to broader strategy and explain how roadmap choices support DAT’s long-term goals.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with identity-related or cybersecurity software applications.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- SQL or other data querying skills.
- Direct experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology.

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $99,000.00 - $135,000 + target bonus.
