About the role

Responsibilities

  • Champion the voice of the retailer using market and competitive research to highlight opportunities in product strategy
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product and Retailer Go-to-Market (RGTM) teams to align on roadmap priorities
  • Define internal product GTM hierarchy to ensure effective launches and positive retailer reception
  • Contribute to pricing strategy to reflect product value, cover costs, and meet retailer expectations
  • Drive adoption of new products and features among prospects, channel partners, and existing retailer partners
  • Discover and document new product use-cases based on retailer pain points
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to equip Sales and Accounts teams with product storytelling for conversion and expansion

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related role (B2B, SaaS, or high-growth tech preferred)
  • Proven understanding of product commercialization and strategies to drive product adoption
  • Outstanding messaging and positioning skills with ability to distill complex ideas into compelling value propositions
  • Track record of crafting high-impact sales enablement content (pitch decks, playbooks, competitive battle cards)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams on go-to-market strategies
  • Leadership through influence with clear communication, business cases, and storytelling
  • Data-driven approach using insights to optimize sales performance and messaging
  • Bias for action with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
