In this role, you will:
- Own end-to-end deal structuring for enterprise opportunities, partnering directly with account executives to build proposals and drive deals to close
- Work to develop and refine Decagon's pricing and packaging strategy
- Build and scale internal deal desk processes as the company expands
- Collect and analyze pricing and deal data to shape company strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to align on deal economics and contract terms
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g deal desk, pricing, revenue operations, etc.)
- Hands-on experience structuring and pricing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from proposal through close
- Proven track record as a trusted advisor to sales and leaders
- Comfortable navigating CPQ platforms for quoting and approval workflows
- Strong cross-functional collaborator - you've worked regularly with finance and legal teams
- Strong communicator - both verbal and written
Even better if you have:
- Experience building or scaling a deal desk function at a high-growth or early-stage company
- Previously led implementation of a CPQ platform
- Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models in addition to traditional SaaS subscription structures
- SQL or other data analytics experience
Compensation
$160,000 - $200,000 + equity
