Partner Engagement Manager, Fort Belvoir
Own the full customer relationship at Fort Belvoir, driving adoption of collaboration/AI workflow software across military staffs while communicating user needs to product and supporting renewals. Requires TS/SCI clearance and deep expertise in multi-star headquarters planning.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire customer relationship, from users up to Generals
- Rapidly expand product usage until ~100% of workflows are in Onebrief through training and subtler strategies
- Clearly communicate user needs to the product team and maintain high product proficiency
- Instill the Onebrief brand image and enable expansion to Allies and Partners
- Lead or support exercises
- Use observations of users to recommend product improvements
- Provide face-to-face and remote customer support
- Develop understanding of customer social dynamics to support renewals and future sales
- When responding to incidents, coordinate with the customer and product engineering team
Requirements
- Mastery of operational planning at multi-star headquarters; planners, Generals, and Admirals listen when you speak
- Technical skill to become a power user of the product and talk engineering with customers
- Proven experience working closely with military headquarters at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, or comparable government settings
- Exposure to staff planning through Professional Military Education or service experience
- Familiarity with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks
- Proven ability to expand business presence within a region, with emphasis on software or technology solutions
- Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote) and incident response coordination
- Strong technical skills to master the application, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with customers on technical matters
- Proven ability to navigate large government organizations and solve bureaucratic challenges
- Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI and ability to access DOD facilities

Leads and scales a renewals team to drive ARR, NRR, and retention across direct and channel segments. Owns forecasting, process standardization, and Salesforce accuracy while coaching managers and partnering with CS and Sales.
