What You’ll Do
- Lead a frontline Business Development team, ensuring achievement of activity and targets to generate new demand daily, weekly, and monthly

Skills We’re Looking For
- 1+ years managing BDR/SDR teams (ideally in SaaS or B2B technology) with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- 2+ years in outbound sales development with consistent over-achievement; comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
- Navigate change with optimism in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on tactics ("Getting Stuck In")
- Demonstrated success implementing effective inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Candid and clear communication style with direct reports, leadership, and colleagues
- Proficient with Salesforce and focused on improving KPIs to drive team performance
- High aptitude to learn new technologies and desire to become an expert in automated data integration
- Proven experience managing a front-line sales team with a continuous improvement mindset
