Lead Growth Marketing Manager
Lead Growth Marketing Manager builds performance marketing programs from scratch across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta in B2B SaaS, owns lead scoring in HubSpot/Salesforce, SEO/AI visibility, and channel experiments to drive pipeline and revenue. Requires 4+ years hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Own and operate full paid program across Google Search, Google Demand Gen, LinkedIn, and Meta, with accountability for cost-per-pipeline and marketing-influenced revenue.
- Build campaigns from scratch: keyword strategy, audience segmentation, ad creative, landing page alignment, bidding strategy, and continuous A/B testing.
- Use Claude Code and AI tools to build automated workflows for ad copy generation, creative variant production, and campaign analysis.
- Manage growing monthly budget ($20K to $60K) with ROI framework.
Advertising Channel Discovery
- Identify and test new channels: newsletter sponsorships, PropTech publications, podcast placements, community advertising.
- Build structured experimentation framework: hypothesis, time-boxed test, measure pipeline contribution.
Lead Scoring, Signals, and SDR Infrastructure
- Build lead scoring program: design model, define signals, implement in HubSpot.
- Build intent signal and account prioritization system for SDR team.
- Own MQL-to-SQL handoff and weekly feedback loop with SDRs.
Demand Generation and Nurture
- Build integrated demand gen programs across paid, organic, email, partner channels with attribution.
- Design nurture flows to surface leads to SDR team.
SEO, AEO, and AI Search Visibility
- Own organic search strategy: technical SEO, content for high-intent queries, keyword prioritization.
- Lead AEO program for visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews.
- Track AI search share of voice.
Marketing Operations and Systems
- Own growth tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution tooling, analytics.
- Build dashboards for pipeline contribution and CAC.
- Run experiments, document learnings, use AI for efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years B2B SaaS growth marketing with hands-on performance marketing and pipeline metrics.
- Proven experience with Google Search, Google Demand Gen, LinkedIn Ads, Meta in B2B.
- Experience building growth infrastructure from scratch at Series A/B company.
- Hands-on with lead scoring, intent signals, account prioritization with SDR/sales.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and Salesforce (CRM, pipeline, routing).
- Knowledge of SEO and AI search landscape (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
- Strong analytical skills, attribution models.
- Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity.
