Implementation Analyst
Own end-to-end software implementation for private fund clients, translating complex requirements into working solutions while managing client relationships and training. Requires 1-3 years technical client-facing experience and a quantitative bachelor's degree.
What You’ll Do
As part of Maybern's Implementation Team, you'll own the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, working closely with Client Success, Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
Build: You will build relationships with our clients, plan onboarding and roll-out processes for new fund managers, and evaluate product enhancements.
Plan: Analyze key requirements for clients to help Product Managers prioritize the product roadmap.
Deliver: You will deliver on key milestones throughout the entire life of the project while managing the relationship with our clients. You will also help to train our clients on our complex fund software, and support them as they adopt our product.

This Could Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Have 1-3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., technical onboarding, solution consulting, implementation)
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Have strong project management skills
- Have a heightened attention to detail that can be applied to the translation of a variety of private fund structures and calculations into a flexible software solution
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable interacting with clients
- Are comfortable with and excited about using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving in your daily work
