Responsibilities

  • Securing the Enterprise: Harden cloud environments, secret management, collaboration tools, endpoints, SaaS, IAM.
  • Building and Scaling Cloud Infrastructure: Implement provisioning, SRE services, 24/7 support, IaC, observability, cost optimization.
  • Engineering Tooling: Manage policies, configurations, SLAs for GitHub, Jira, Atlassian.
  • Endpoint Engineering: Automate deployment, observability, provisioning, security policies.
  • Collaboration Management: Scale Gmail, Slack, Atlassian, Moveworks, Glean.
  • Identity & Access Management: Manage IAM implementation, standards, compliance (FedRamp, IL5, PCI).
