GTM Engineer

What you'll do

Build and Automate GTM Workflows

• Automate manual GTM processes end-to-end, from lead enrichment and account research to pipeline hygiene and outbound sequencing, using AI agents, no-code/low-code tools, and custom integrations.
• Build event-driven automation across the GTM stack using Airtable, Clay, Zapier, n8n, and similar tools, focusing on scalability.

Develop AI-Powered Systems

• Leverage LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to build intelligent automations for outbound, enrichment, account research, and internal workflows.
• Ingest intent data, score accounts, and route intelligence to the right reps using a "signal → insight → action" approach.
• Stay at the frontier of AI-native GTM tooling, experimenting with new models and approaches.

Connect and Maintain GTM Data Flows

• Maintain clean, reliable data flows between core GTM systems including Salesforce, Databricks, enrichment tools, Gong, and Outreach.
• Use Hightouch and Fivetran to operationalize warehouse data across the GTM stack.

Partner Cross-Functionally

• Treat systems as products: gather feedback, iterate, and proactively identify what to build next.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to understand workflows and build enabling tools.
• Document and maintain systems for team extensibility.

Who you are

Core Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, data engineering, or a closely related technical domain.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay).
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and integrations.
• Experience connecting systems via APIs and using data integration tools.

GTM & Tooling

• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue processes.
• Experience with enrichment or outbound tooling (Clay, Apollo, or similar).

AI & Modern Stack

• Experience building workflows with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• "Signal → insight → action" mindset and appetite for experimentation with AI-native GTM tooling.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Hightouch or Fivetran.
• Background in software engineering or data engineering.
• Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience using Airtable as an operational platform.
• Prior high-growth or startup experience building foundational systems.
