Growth Marketing Lead, Performance
Own paid acquisition strategy across paid social, search, and emerging channels. Drive pipeline and revenue growth while balancing CAC and marketplace health in a high-growth startup.
Responsibilities
- Own Garage’s paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels, with accountability for pipeline, revenue growth, and efficiency.
- Scale acquisition efficiently by balancing growth, CAC, and overall marketplace health.
- Develop hypotheses, test, and iterate fast. Orchestrate landing page and conversion rate tests, analyze creative performance, and think creatively about new ways to acquire customers efficiently.
- Measure rigorously, act intuitively. Understand incrementality, multi-touch attribution, and test design.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and unlock growth opportunities beyond paid acquisition, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 4+ years owning meaningful paid acquisition budgets in a high-growth startup or technology company
- Demonstrated success scaling paid social and search programs while maintaining efficiency
- T-Shaped: deep and hands-on in paid, and genuinely versatile across the growth mix — owned or can credibly own adjacent levers (CRO, partnerships, web experiments)
- Rigorous about measurement and can tell real incremental growth from vanity metrics
- Strong creative instincts and can direct high-velocity creative testing by briefing a creative team well
- Thrive as a player-coach on a small team — in the accounts yourself, leading a teammate, holding vendors accountable
