Responsibilities

  • Lead deployments: Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners, customizing platform to fit unique workflows and legacy systems.
  • Build data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize with AI services.
  • Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels for reliable patient engagement across telephony networks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into technical execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments, comfortable across APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Experience handling sensitive data with security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and translate ambiguous needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience with data ingestion, API interoperability, and third-party integrations.
  • Practical experience or interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.

Compensation

Range: $116,450 - $135,150
