Forward Deployed Product Manager
Leads technical implementations and adoption of AI automation platform for enterprise healthcare customers. Translates needs to engineering specs, diagnoses issues, manages programs, and drives expansion while building executive relationships.
Jobs To Be Done
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to ensure successful adoption and deep integration of Neon’s AI automation platform.
- Operate as the connective tissue between customer workflows, engineering, and product.
- Own the relationship: Build trust and act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, from operators to executives.
- Translate customer needs into technical specs: Rigorously map workflows, translate needs into technical requirements, and proactively identify edge cases.
- Drive implementations: Hand-hold customers through onboarding and integration.
- Diagnose issues: Investigate edge cases, uncover root causes, and work with engineering to resolve system or workflow challenges.
- Manage programs: Track timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple complex initiatives.
- Expand usage: Identify opportunities to deepen customer adoption and drive additional value through new workflows and capabilities.

Experience
- Excelled in roles such as: Product Manager, Forward-deployed engineer, Strategy & business consultant.
- Experience navigating complex workflows, ideally in SaaS or automation platforms.
- Track record of leading implementations, technical onboarding, or product rollout programs.
- Strong presence with enterprise stakeholders: can influence, align, and communicate clearly.
- Bonus: experience in consulting, data-heavy operational environments, or technical product roles.
Required Tools
- Project management platforms (Notion, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Communication & CRM (Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Analytics and reporting (Excel/Sheets, BI tools)
- Comfort learning new SaaS tools and light automation as needed.
Solutions Engineer
Own Tier 1-2 technical support and onboarding execution for an AI sales platform. Partner with account managers on implementations, monitor adoption, and influence product roadmap. 0-2 years experience; new grads welcome.
Forward Deployed Engineer
Embed with enterprise customers to implement Sigma on their data platforms, building production analytics solutions, data apps, and workflows while owning the technical relationship. Requires 5+ years customer-facing technical experience, strong SQL, and experience with cloud data warehouses.
Senior Solutions Architect
Senior pre-sales technical advisor guiding complex DevSecOps platform evaluations, solution design, and adoption strategies for enterprise accounts in the Northeast. Partners with sales teams and mentors other architects.
