Responsibilities

  • Lead deployments of agents and backend systems in live customer environments, delivering reliable, secure, and fast integrations.
  • Translate client insights into product improvements and new features, influencing the roadmap.
  • Collaborate deeply with clients to identify pain points, propose solutions, and deliver measurable value.
  • Travel to meet customers across the U.S. for implementations, feedback sessions, and training.

Requirements

  • 1+ years building real products in production, shipping code, and working with messy APIs.
  • Fluent in TypeScript/JavaScript (React or Next.js for UIs) and comfortable with Python for integrations.
  • Deeply empathetic, low-ego, independent process builder.
  • Adventurous, comfortable with travel and the unknown.

Compensation

  • Salary: $170K–$250K
