Business Development Representative
The BDR will build outbound pipeline for doola’s affiliate and white-label/API partnership channels, owning prospect research, multichannel sequences, qualification, and CRM hygiene. The role requires at least two years of cold-outbound BDR/SDR experience and the ability to build processes independently.

Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting for affiliate and white-label/API partner motions.
- Build and refine ICP-specific prospect lists for creators, communities, platform operators, embedded-finance companies, and banking-as-a-service providers.
- Run and iterate multichannel outbound sequences across cold email, LinkedIn, phone, and personalized outreach.
- Configure and use AI-augmented prospecting workflows, intent signals, and enrichment tools.
- Book qualified discovery and demo calls for Affiliate and API teams.
- Maintain clean, accurately staged HubSpot CRM pipeline data.
- Report weekly on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and experiment results.
- Partner with Analytics on lead routing, attribution, and intent-data targeting.
- Communicate the partnership value proposition to prospective affiliates and API partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience building pipeline through cold outbound.
- Experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Artisan, Apollo, Outreach, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot sequences.
- Strong written communication skills and comfort with multichannel cadences.
- Demonstrated CRM pipeline management and data hygiene experience.
- Ability to work independently, build processes, and create an outbound playbook.
- Comfort being measured on pipeline and meetings-booked metrics and iterating from performance data.
