Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Built a pipeline of active customer advocates spanning strategic accounts and market segments
  • Launched a repeatable process for customer recruitment, approvals, and participation tracking
  • Partnered with Sales and Customer Success to convert at least a handful of account wins into references, case studies, or speaking opportunities
  • Established a communication cadence that keeps internal teams aware of available advocates and story opportunities
  • Delivered award submissions and/or conference nominations built on customer outcomes
  • Worked across Marketing to promote the customer stories in social media, on the website, and in sales content.

These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for:

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Account teams to surface customers with strong business outcomes

  • Uses AI to synthesize account notes and CRM data into shortlists of advocacy-ready customers
  • Actively looks for ways AI can cut manual work out of the advocacy process, from tracking participation to drafting internal updates, and brings those ideas back to the team rather than waiting to be asked
