Responsibilities
Customer Technical Guidance
Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout customers’ Wiz journey.
Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz using best practices and cloud-security expertise.
Act as the primary technical contact for a book of customers, resolving technical questions and issues through email, meetings, Slack, and support tickets.
Monitor emerging cloud-security threats and stay current on Wiz features and functionality.
Adoption, Value, and Customer Satisfaction
Develop success plans with measurable goals aligned to customers’ security and compliance objectives.
Lead customers toward full adoption and value realization across Cloud, Code, and Runtime security.
Project-manage adoption and operationalization goals across business units and stakeholders.
Resolve people, process, and technology blockers with internal and external parties.
Track business goals, adoption, utilization, and value realization.
Report progress and results through executive-friendly communications, QBRs, and executive briefings.
Customer Advocacy and Account Management
Capture feature requests and adoption blockers and liaise with Product and Engineering teams on priorities and solutions.
Manage a book of up to 15 customers, depending on size and complexity.
Identify expansion opportunities and assist with renewals in partnership with Sales and Renewals teams.
Identify and act on customer risks, including satisfaction, churn, renewal, and tenant health.
Build relationships with customer stakeholders from C-level executives to practitioners.
TAM Organization Development
Improve Wiz’s TAM processes and collaborate across go-to-market teams.
Develop documentation, mentor associate TAMs, and build technical subject-matter expertise.
Partner cross-functionally to improve internal processes.
Requirements
Experience and Education
5–8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a cloud or cloud-security product.
Relevant backgrounds include Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineering, and Architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and contribute to refining the TAM function.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture in at least one cloud service provider: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or OCI.
Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, common threat models, and CNAPP use cases.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes and their security considerations.
Familiarity with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and version control systems.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating-system concepts and runtime sensing.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across internal and external teams.
Ability to continuously learn emerging cloud and security technologies.
Account Management and Customer Success
Proven experience managing a book of business with 5–10+ customers.
Track record of building enterprise-client relationships, driving customer outcomes, and exceeding performance targets.
Ability to enable customers on the Wiz platform and solve problems ranging from straightforward to highly complex.
Willingness to support customers across Slack, email, and support tickets.
Ability to use data and systems, including CRM and log-analysis tools, to monitor customer health and identify trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
