Responsibilities
- Own one or more user research projects with researchers, designers, and product managers.
- Plan and conduct research using appropriate methodologies to answer complex, ambiguous product questions.
- Produce research reports that communicate findings clearly and provide actionable design and product recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user insights into product experiences.
Requirements
- Pursuing a career in user research through a degree in a research-related field or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of general research principles, including experimental design, bias, and confounds.
- Familiarity with UX research principles, including usability testing and design thinking.
- Ability to communicate research findings clearly, supported by a final report from a prior research project.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and interest in learning more.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $60 USD.
