About the role
Key Responsibilities
Own SuppCo's full growth engine across acquisition, onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention on mobile and web. Define growth strategy, identify highest-leverage opportunities, and drive key metrics.
Scale the new membership experience: own the funnel from awareness and onboarding to first purchase and repeat engagement. Drive transactors, purchase frequency, and revenue per user. Partner with Head of Product and business team.
Design and optimize activation and upsell loops across products and partnerships, including between SuppCo and Function Health apps, to turn users into repeat purchasers and build compounding growth mechanics.
Design and run rigorous A/B tests across the funnel from onboarding through purchase and retention. Build a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.
Own the new-user experience to help users reach "aha" moment of a trusted personalized stack and first purchase faster.
Evolve and optimize Pro membership for conversion, value communication, retention, and lifetime value.
Drive strategy and execution for AI-powered growth surfaces including SuppIQ chatbot, agentic buying experiences, and AI-driven personalization, discovery, and guidance.
Define KPIs, build dashboards, analyze cohort and funnel behavior, and translate insights into high-impact opportunities.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research on motivations, friction, and decision-making to inform growth hypotheses.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth Marketing, and Operations to ship high-quality work rapidly with strong alignment.
Take end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across SuppCo's product as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience at consumer technology companies with demonstrated expertise in growth.
Proven track record driving measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, or monetization through product-led growth and systematic experimentation.
Experience building or optimizing marketplace, subscription, commerce, or transactional products, especially demand and conversion side (purchase funnels, merchandising, cross-sell, repeat-purchase).
Deep proficiency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL) and statistical methods for experiments, behavior analysis, and impact measurement.
Comfortable building AI-powered features and using AI tools; experience with LLM-based products, chatbots, or agentic systems is a plus.
Fluent with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance; default to testing and measuring.
Excellent product judgment to identify highest-leverage opportunities, prioritize by impact, and ship iteratively.
Versatile generalist who can tackle diverse product challenges.
