Define the product strategy and roadmap for security and data capabilities that improve platform resilience, trust, and scalability.
Build a deep understanding of customer, internal stakeholder, and business needs to identify high-impact opportunities across security, governance, access, and data usability.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, security, legal, and go-to-market teams to translate priorities into clear product requirements and successful launches.
Drive complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, making thoughtful tradeoffs across customer value, technical constraints, operational readiness, and long-term platform health.
Act as a subject matter leader for the product area by aligning stakeholders, informing decision-making, and measuring outcomes to continuously improve product performance.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical or platform-oriented products.
Strong experience working on security, data, infrastructure, platform, privacy, governance, or other highly technical product domains.
Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritize effectively, and execute across multiple complex initiatives with cross-functional dependencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use qualitative insights and quantitative data to make sound product decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus across teams and organizational levels.
Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation range: $150,000–$210,000 USD.
Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
