About the role

Responsibilities

  • Transform Chronograph’s Fund Administration platform from a manually intensive process into an agent-driven pipeline that automatically extracts and structures data from GP and fund documents.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
  • Replace manual document aggregation and tagging with a human-in-the-loop model for validating exceptions in agentically extracted data.
  • Build classification and reconciliation logic to determine which documents clear automatically and which require human review based on accuracy and confidence thresholds.
  • Instrument throughput and accuracy, tie operational efficiencies to financial objectives, and use performance data to guide the roadmap.
  • Partner with Engineering to define requirements, Design to shape review workflows, and senior leadership to drive change management.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate a direct report while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of at least one operational or platform transformation end to end.
  • Deep domain experience in fund administration, including how GP and fund reporting data is ingested, tagged, mapped to a schema, and reconciled against source documents.
  • Proven experience transforming a manual, high-headcount back-office operation into an automated pipeline and leading a team through the change.
  • Semi-technical product judgment, including setting accuracy and confidence thresholds, determining where automation is safe versus where human review is needed, and clearly documenting logic for engineers.
  • Seniority to own a transformation agenda and direct a domain expert responsible for internal process depth.
  • Comfort working in private capital markets, or the ability to quickly become fluent in how GPs and LPs exchange fund data.
  • Strong analytical, project leadership, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, sense of humor, and creativity.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Flexible work arrangements, including in-person and hybrid options.
  • Competitive salary.
  • 401(k).
  • Unlimited and flexible vacation.
  • Generous health benefits.
  • Team week events at the Brooklyn, NY headquarters three times annually for all employees.
  • Fully paid parental leave.
  • Salary range of $150,000–$200,000 USD, dependent on experience.
