Responsibilities
- Define and own program vision, scope, strategy, and execution across multiple high-priority programs and initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Operations, Design, Product Marketing, and GTM teams to drive progress.
- Translate complex business problems into clear roadmaps, project timelines, and outcome-driven plans.
- Own strategy, selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of external vendors and third-party partners.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams for vendor contracting, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Drive vendor implementation plans, track KPIs, and adjust strategy for business alignment.
- Facilitate operational rhythms: program reviews, executive readouts, retrospectives, and milestone tracking.
- Develop and maintain program artifacts including calendars, scorecards, documentation, and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive team alignment on priorities, facilitate trade-off decisions, and escalate risks.
- Build frameworks to streamline collaboration, communication, and decision-making.
- Inform strategic direction through data collection, reporting, and business insights.
- Coach teams on program management best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of strategy, operations, consulting, or program management experience in a cross-functional environment (Product, Design, Engineering, Strategy, GTM).
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of tech/SaaS companies.
- Ability to learn product, organizational structure, and domains quickly.
- Strong analytical ability with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and self-direct cross-functional projects, juggling priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Creative problem-solver with passion for simplifying complex things.
- Proficient with SQL (Tableau is a plus).
Compensation
Base wage range: $142,500 - $181,500 per year (New York City Office). Actual compensation based on skill set, experience, and location.
