Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in OTC derivatives.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients, providing tailored derivative solutions.
- Use programming skills to improve workflows and operational processes.
- Take ownership of client relationships and sales processes, guiding through complex derivative transactions.
- Manage client portfolio, ensure satisfaction, and identify additional trading needs.
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, legal, and operations teams.
- Ensure seamless trade execution and post-trade services.
- Articulate complex derivative concepts and market trends to clients.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of OTC derivative products (forwards, options).
- Proven experience in client-facing sales trading role.
- Track record building relationships with institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, banks).
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of market regulations and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
Nice-to-Haves
- Existing network of institutional clients.
- Programming experience for operational efficiencies.
- Background in macro trading across crypto, equities, fixed income, energy, fiat currencies.
