About the role

What You’ll Work On

  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume, high-quality outbound across SMB, mid-market and enterprise accounts — cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and strategic sequences
  • Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized outreach that resonates with finance, compliance, legal, and operations leaders
  • Run initial discovery conversations to identify pain, qualify fit, and book meetings that convert into opportunities for Account Executives
  • Help establish Greenboard’s West Coast presence, setting the culture, cadence, and energy of our new Phoenix, Arizona office as an early team member
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outbound strategy
  • Help shape Greenboard’s GTM motion by testing outbound plays, maintaining clean CRM data, and feeding market insights back into the business

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer facing, sales, business development, or pipeline-generation role (fintech, compliance, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline independently through outbound prospecting and creative, relationship-driven outreach
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity — cold calling, email, and social selling — and structured discovery to qualify fit
  • Strong CRM hygiene and a data-driven, organized approach to managing your pipeline and activity
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Based in the greater Phoenix area, or willing to relocate to work from our new Arizona office
