What You'll Do
- Build a pipeline of potential schools and parish partners by finding potential partners and starting conversations on how Hallow can support them.
- Prospect by researching and identifying teachers, principals, pastors, and parish staff through list building, driving referral inquiries, and co-marketing partnerships.
- Perform cold outreach to 75-100 new potential partners daily, sharing the mission of Hallow for Schools and Hallow for Parishes programs.
- Create inbound interest by supporting GTM team campaigns and content to help potential partners understand Hallow’s value for teaching the faith and supporting prayer communities, guiding qualified organizations toward partnerships.
- Help improve the sales process by testing tactical approaches to lead generation, refining the ideal customer profile, and optimizing sales cycle efficiency.

- Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus; familiarity with Catholic schools, parishes, or ministries is highly valued (neither required).
Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 USD per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 - $85,000 USD per year (includes base + target variable compensation such as commission)
Full-time U.S. employees also receive equity, unlimited PTO, insurance, remote-flexible work, fully paid parental leave, 401(k) match, stipends for spiritual development/health/wellness/home-office/learning, and eligibility for discretionary bonuses. Ranges are estimates and may be adjusted based on experience, market, or location.
