What You’ll Do
- Design and ship delightful product experiences across mobile and web
- Partner with product engineers from early scoping to high-fidelity mocks
- Rapidly prototype concepts in Figma and code to communicate ideas and generate excitement
- Use data, user research, and design instinct to inform decisions and bring clarity to complex problems
- Maintain a high bar for craft and polish across every feature you touch, with a sharp eye for inconsistencies in the broader product experience
- Ship with speed and intention in a fast-paced environment, knowing when to move fast and when to slow down for the details that users notice and love
What You’ll Bring
- 2–7 years designing and shipping digital products, ideally at a startup or in consumer social
- A portfolio of production-shipped work showcasing strong visual craft, cross-platform range, and sharp product intuition
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate your workflow
- A collaborative mindset - you work well with others, leave ego at the door, and give and receive feedback with care
