Responsibilities

  • Define and execute technical sales strategy for revenue suite with sales, marketing, professional services, GTM partners, and product engineering.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and best practices for billing and revenue recognition offerings.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and inspire team members with deep domain expertise.
  • Influence CXOs, developers, architects on revenue management architecture.
  • Champion customer voice to shape product direction.
  • Partner across Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product Engineering for customer journey.
  • Drive thought leadership via presentations, events, whitepapers, reference architectures.
  • Foster cross-regional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in technical sales (solutions consulting/engineering/architecture), including 10+ years in technical pre-sales leadership, focused on billing, revenue recognition, or financial solutions.
  • Proven first-line leadership managing individual contributors and building high-performance teams for global companies.
  • Deep understanding of subscription models, billing systems, revenue recognition principles.
  • Strong knowledge of human-centric CX experiences, enterprise systems, architecture in revenue management.
  • Experience across regions/cultures.
  • Passionate about coaching with strong people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills for complex concepts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for business/technical stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence for customer relationships.
  • Self-starter, adaptable in dynamic environments.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%.
