Requirements
15+ years in technical sales (solutions consulting/engineering/architecture), including 10+ years in technical pre-sales leadership, focused on billing, revenue recognition, or financial solutions.
Proven first-line leadership managing individual contributors and building high-performance teams for global companies.
Deep understanding of subscription models, billing systems, revenue recognition principles.
Strong knowledge of human-centric CX experiences, enterprise systems, architecture in revenue management.
Experience across regions/cultures.
Passionate about coaching with strong people management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation skills for complex concepts.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for business/technical stakeholders.
Strong executive presence for customer relationships.
