About the role
Responsibilities
Perform detailed inventory verification, order validation, and delivery readiness activities
Physically inventory hardware and validate configurations against customer sales orders
Ensure products coming out of production and quality are complete and correctly documented before delivery
Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to identify discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inventory activities
Assist senior Product Delivery personnel during customer acceptance events
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, quality, product delivery, or related operational environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working from written procedures, work instructions, inventory records, or technical documentation
Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, or similar teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for managing, reviewing, and validating inventory and order-related data
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for reviewing, editing, and managing documentation
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn and operate ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and reliability
Ability to frequently lift, move, and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move items exceeding 100 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environment

Experience performing inventory audits, cycle counts, or physical inventory verification
Experience supporting shipping, receiving, material handling, or warehouse operations
