Product Marketing Lead

The first Product Marketing Lead will build Agentio’s PMM function, owning positioning, go-to-market launches, sales enablement, and adoption measurement for an AI-powered creator advertising platform. The role requires 8+ years of product marketing experience, strong B2B launch ownership, and deep advertising expertise.

Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

  • Own ICP definition, positioning, and messaging for Agentio's core product and new launches.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, credible narratives and make conservative-but-confident claims that sophisticated audiences trust.
  • Build and maintain messaging frameworks covering personas, use cases, and competitive positioning.

Product Launches & Go-to-Market

  • Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution, including phased rollout plans, milestones, exit criteria, adoption metrics, and activation strategies.
  • Own the product launch calendar, strategy, and communications planning in partnership with Growth and Communications.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to ensure launches have the right narrative, materials, and timing.
  • Act as the voice of the product across stakeholders, keeping teams aligned and informed.

Sales Enablement

  • Create enablement materials including one-pagers, pitch decks, templates, talk tracks, demo scripts, video assets, website copy, and email copy.
  • Standardize Sales materials and usage to eliminate ad hoc decks and inconsistent messaging.
  • Bridge Product and Sales and communicate customer insights back to the product team.

Measurement & Adoption

  • Instrument KPIs across the full funnel, from pitch and close through onboarding and retention.
  • Define launch success metrics with the CEO and CTO and continuously improve based on results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Proven 0-to-1 B2B product marketing experience with ownership of end-to-end launches.
  • Exceptional narrative and positioning skills, including the ability to simplify complex ad-tech and AI concepts credibly.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and advertising, including brand decision-making, full-funnel measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Experience influencing product decisions in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, using data to guide decisions and craft narratives.
  • Experience using AI tools and large language models to automate manual work and increase leverage.
  • Clear, concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with and passion for the creator economy and digital advertising.
  • Entrepreneurial, outcome-focused mindset and comfort in zero-to-one environments.
  • Willingness to work in the office five days per week.
