About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs
  • Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to showcase CodeRabbit platform value
  • Respond to security questionnaires
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve customer experience
  • Stay current with AI-powered development tools and platforms
  • Improve internal tools, documentation, playbooks, guides, and best practices
  • Support pre-sales to post-sales transition for smooth onboarding

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing technical role, with 2+ years in startup-like environment
  • Experience with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs
  • Strong experience with software development tools and platforms
  • Comfortable with command line
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ownership, self-motivation, eagerness to learn and solve problems
  • Willingness to mentor peers through trainings and shadowing

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)

Compensation

OTE: $195k-$250k (actual salary based on skills, experience, location)
